How do I place an order with Touchstone?

You can start shopping by visiting at https://touchstone-jewelry.com/, search for the products you desire. Click on product. This will take you to the product detail page, from where you can add the required number of items of the product to your checkout cart using the ‘ADD TO CART’ button, login with your account details or proceed as guest, enter the shipping address and select a payment mode to proceed, Click Place order and complete the payment. On successful order placement the Order ID will be generated with the payment.

How do I view my previous orders?

You can view your previous order from the My Account section (located at the top-right corner before cart) at http://www.touchstone-jewelry.com.

How will I know about my order confirmation?

On confirmation of your order, a notification will be sent to your email along with the order reference number.

Can I add an item after I have placed my order?

If you want to add or delete items from your order before it is dispatched please mail to at support@touchstone-jewelry.com & call 0120-4333-665 with your order number and product details where you want modification.

Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?

Customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be processed after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund as per refund policy. You will be notified for the same.

What is the return policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Touchstone will accept returns for either an exchange/store credit or a full refund within 7 days from the delivery date.

Are cheques and drafts accepted for Cash on Delivery option?

On delivery of goods you have ordered you shall be required to pay cash, we do not accept payment through cheque or demand draft.

Can I open the package at the time of delivery and select products I want while making the payment to courier service for Cash on Delivery orders?

You cannot open the package or select products at the time of delivery while making the payment to courier service personnel. Please contact us at support@touchstone-jewelry.com, should you face any issues with your order. Courier service personnel will not be able to help you with the same.
