07-Day Return Policy

We are very confident that our jewelry will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 07 days from the date of shipment delivered for a full refund or exchange. Please follow the below steps for returns. 

How to Return/ Exchange a product?:

  1. If you would like to make a return, please follow the steps noted below.
  2. Email us at support@touchstone-jewelry.com or Call 0120-433-665 with your order number and indicate the reason for your return. Please also indicate in your email if you would like a refund or an exchange.
  3. Our customer service team will respond to you in 24-48 hours with a return authorization (RA) number.
  4. Please pack the items in the original box. The items must be returned with everything that was included in the original shipment. This includes the invoice slip, jewelry box, original tags, and any free gift received during your purchase. Write the RA number on the outside of the package. Touchstone is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
  5. Ship your return with an insured mail service and retain your receipt.
  6. Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product to ensure the returned items are in good condition and not damaged.
  7. If the inspection is passed, the refund will be processed immediately. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

Conditions of return

Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted for refund, Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
